Family sharing wont let me download apps

The app started not opening on my phone and so I thought that would try removing it and download it again. Well the problem is that I cannot download the App from the Windows Store. It always stays on Pending and never starts the download. I have tried downloading other apps and this is the only one that keeps blocked and doesnt start the download.
